More recently

For the last 6 years I have been working as a freelance Learning & Development Consultant. Using my wealth of knowledge to provide a bespoke training and development service for businesses and individuals.

Beginning with training needs analysis, through to programme design, delivery, and training evaluation. With development solutions ranging from a one-off training event to a programme of workshops with coaching and or mentoring sessions if required.

I start with an initial meeting to fully understand what you would like to achieve, your objectives and goals. Together we explore your business and or personal challenges, capabilities, timescales, and priorities.
